As a matter of conducting productive weekly training, we are always looking for new areas, structures and scenarios to use in training. During the course of our shifts we will stumble upon vacant properties and business that would be ideal for our training days. Unfortunately, others also find these vacant properties -- often vandalizing, stealing or using them for illegal activity.

Your participation in the K-9 Training Site Program would provide our unit with ideal and different training locations. We would hope the presence of our K9 teams at the location during training would reduce the amount of criminal activity occurring at that location.

Since we deploy our four legged partners in every type of environment imagined we would not limit the program to vacant properties.

Neighborhoods with homeowners associations or active crime watch organizations would be a welcomed participant in the program as well. All types of businesses are also encouraged to participate.
